At Beyond Potential we help our clients make sustainable and supportive lifestyle choices that enhance their quality of life through improved health, fitness, energy levels and ultimately performance. Our aim is to guide, educate and motivate our clients to improve their health, fitness and overall wellbeing so that they can manage these aspects of their life on their own, without the need for a Personal Trainer or Coach for the rest of their lives.
Most people encounter many stresses in their day-to-day lives and so we take an holistic approach to Personal Training and Coaching with our clients. We not only look at the amount of exercise they are currently doing but also at the impact of a poor diet, work stress, environmental and emotional stress on their bodies before tailoring a program to suit their individual needs.
Whether their goal is to improve fitness, lose or maintain weight, find more energy, develop a healthier lifestyle or something in between, we partner with our clients along the journey to finding a solution that works for them.
We use the Paul CHEK Model of Holistic Lifestyle Coaching which means that we don’t use a cookie cutter approach when working with you. There are no specific recipes or algorithms applied to your health. We listen, ask questions and gather data, we want to know about your dreams and goals and any challenges you may be facing at the moment and then we take that information and work with you to construct a customized program designed to help you achieve your goals and dreams
We specialize in weight loss, women’s hormonal issues, sports performance, core conditioning, improving your running technique and Holistic Lifestyle Coaching and whether you prefer training in a gym or the great outdoors, we can tailor a program to suit your lifestyle and your budget.
