The City to Bay Fun Run is on Sunday 15th September, 2013 and our great program for beginners and less experienced runners starts 10:15am Saturday 15th June at Park 10, MacKinnon Parade North Adelaide.

So if you:

  • Ever wanted to run in the City Bay Fun Run but thought you had to be really fit to do it
  • Are tired of watching thousands of people just like you run but you just can’t seem to get started or stick at it
  • Have tried running before but don’t have the motivation to keep going
  • Think running would be a great way to get fit & be healthy but you’ve never run before
  • Been out for a run and spent the next week recovering because you did too much too soon

then this is the program for you.

And it’s designed for Absolute Beginners!! That’s right. If you’ve never run before or stopped and started too many times, then this program is for you.

Your program includes:

  • 14 weeks of running coaching with a qualified running coach
  • Additional training sessions for you to do during the week
  • Secrets to developing a comfortable and efficient running technique
  • Personalized feedback on your technique as you run
  • 45 minute stretching class mid-week
  • Online Diet, Exercise and Sleep Diary with feedback from your coach
  • Private Facebook group to share your wins and challenges with other members of the group
  • Weekly health and motivational tips and heaps of encouragement

Package price is $347! which includes your entry fee into the 6km event.
